Georgia to Purchase School Uniforms Worth 44.9 Million GEL for Primary Grades

Saganmanatleblo Resursebi LLC (Educational Resources), a state-owned company under the Georgian Ministry of Education, has announced a simplified procurement for school uniforms totaling 44,900,000 GEL (approximately over $16 million).

According to the documentation, a total of 1,801,000 units of school uniforms are planned for production for primary school students for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The same document states that a market survey was announced on April 3, 2026, to determine the estimated cost, resulting in the procurement price being set at 44,900,000 GEL.

This amount is intended for the purchase of 1,801,000 uniform units for primary school students in public schools.

Additionally, Saganmanatleblo Resursebi LLC initiated the market research for the 2026–2027 academic year uniforms on April 3 and concluded it on April 22.

According to the tender documentation, delivery must be carried out in two stages: at least 30% of the goods no later than July 31, 2026, and the remaining portion no later than August 20, 2026.
