An employee of the Anti-Corruption Agency of Georgia has been found dead in his own car. According to the prosecutor’s office, the man died of a gunshot wound.
The vehicle was discovered on Tabidze Street in Khashuri. The shot was reportedly fired from a weapon belonging to the deceased.
An investigation has been launched under Article 115 of the Criminal Code (incitement to suicide).
