“Today, at Ukraine’s request, a special joint meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council and the Forum for Security Co-operation was held in Vienna. This joint meeting addressed Russia’s massive missile and drone strikes against Ukraine, as well as Moscow’s latest threats.
OSCE participating states strongly condemned Russian terror and reaffirmed their firm commitment to further supporting Ukraine.
Despite Moscow’s attempts to intimidate our state and foreign diplomats, the international community stands firmly with Ukraine.
I highly appreciate all expressions of sincere solidarity and support, as well as the prompt response of the Swiss OSCE Chairmanship and the Georgian Chairmanship of the Forum for Security Co-operation, which convened this meeting.
I am personally grateful to my Swiss and Georgian colleagues, <… Maka Botchorishvili> for their leadership, as well as to all the countries that clearly spoke out today in defense of the UN Charter and the Helsinki principles,” Sybiha wrote.
