The Ministry of Education of Georgia, through Educational Resources LLC (Shps “Saganmanatleblo Resursebi”), has once again announced a simplified procurement process for school uniforms.
Following a repeated market study, the estimated cost stands at 45,658,840 lari.
Deliveries are planned to be split into three stages:
- by August 25, 301,000 uniform items must be delivered;
- by October 15 — another 600,000;
- by November 30 — the remaining 900,000.
As a reminder, the initial market study for this procurement began on April 3, 2026, and involved the delivery of 1,801,000 school uniform items for public primary school students for the 2026–2027 academic year. The initial estimated cost was 44.9 million lari.
However, on May 14, it emerged that the company offering the lowest price failed to meet the market study conditions and withdrew from the process.
Following this, on May 20, Educational Resources LLC (Shps “Saganmanatleblo Resursebi”) conducted a repeated market study for the same volume of 1,801,000 items.
