Six more defendants in the “October 4 storming” case plead guilty

Six defendants in the “October 4 storming” case are admitting their guilt and entering into a plea agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia.

Out of the 14 defendants, plea agreements are being finalized with:

Their defense has no disputes regarding the prosecution’s evidence.

The cases of those who pleaded guilty have been severed into separate proceedings. Now, the agreements reached between the parties must be approved by the court, and the defendants will be released directly from the courtroom—possibly tomorrow, June 9.

The prosecution is entering into agreements with them for a sentence of a three-year suspended term.

As a reminder, a total of 64 people have faced criminal charges in connection with the events of October 4. So far, plea agreements are being finalized with 21 of them.
