Swedish Foreign Minister Maria Stenergard stated that Stockholm will continue to support “those people who want to work towards democracy, freedom of speech, and Georgia’s entry into the European family — the European Union.”
Stenergard addressed a message to those Georgian citizens who are fighting for the country’s European future.
“I am concerned about the developments that have taken place over the past year, but we will continue to stand firmly with those people who want to be part of Europe,” she concluded.
