Georgia and Uzbekistan signed a strategic partnership agreement. The government administration announced that the joint declaration was signed by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
“Following expanded talks involving members of the governments of both countries, memorandums of cooperation were also signed between the respective agencies of Georgia and the Republic of Uzbekistan in the fields of economy, healthcare, environmental protection and agriculture, finance, customs, education, information and communication technologies, as well as culture,” the statement reads.
