Georgian airline OneClick Airways has launched regular flights between the capitals of Georgia and Israel twice a week.
Flights from Tel Aviv to Tbilisi will operate on Thursdays and Sundays, while flights from Tbilisi to Tel Aviv will run on Mondays and Fridays.
The first flight from the Israeli capital has already arrived in Tbilisi. Passengers were carried by a Boeing 737 aircraft. To mark the opening of the new route, TAV Georgia, the operator of Tbilisi and Batumi airports, organized a welcoming ceremony for the inaugural flight.
Additionally, last week OneClick Airways also began operating regular flights from Batumi to Tel Aviv.
