Georgia’s National Environmental Agency stated that the water quality in the Black Sea along the country’s entire coastline is within normal limits. This conclusion is based on the results of laboratory tests.

The agency noted that seawater quality monitoring is conducted continuously. Every month, specialists take samples at 12 locations along the coast, and the water samples are analyzed in an accredited laboratory of the National Environmental Agency, which is equipped with modern, high-precision equipment.
