According to data from the National Bank of Georgia, money remittances sent to the country in July 2026 totaled $350.05 million (922.2 million GEL), representing a 3.9% ($13.1 million) increase compared to July 2025.
The largest share of funds (19.36% of all inbound transfers) originated from the United States, reaching $67.77 million—an 11.23% increase year-on-year. Italy ranked second (15.98%), with $55.93 million remitted last month, reflecting a 0.37% rise compared to the previous year.
Russia took third place (12%) with $42.02 million, marking a 7.15% decline compared to July 2025.
