According to the Georgian Figure Skating Federation, Russian pair skaters Zlata Kamalova and Danil Panov will represent Georgia.
“Meet the new members of our national team — Zlata Kamalova and Danil Panov from the squad of Pavel Slyusarenko, an Honoured Coach of the national team. Danil and Zlata will compete in the pairs category, and their debut at the Junior Grand Prix will take place very soon!” the federation announced on its Instagram page.
Pavel Slyusarenko previously coached Georgian national team members Luka Berulava and Anastasia Metelkina, who achieved significant success representing Georgia, including winning the country’s first silver medal at the Winter Olympic Games.
