Mikheil Kavelashvili has nominated Zurab Pataradze for the position of Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic (AR) of Adjara.
Zurab Pataradze previously served as the Chairman of the Government of Adjara from July 2016 to July 2018. He is currently the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
As a reminder, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze recently appointed the former Chairman of the Government of the AR, Sulkhan Tamazashvili, as Minister of Internal Affairs.
