“Ivanishvili, who appointed a ‘president’ without a diploma, has now barred a true hero and a holy man—Vladyka (Bishop) Isaiya (Zurab Chanturia)—from the elections due to the lack of a diploma,” Georgia’s third president, Mikheil Saakashvili, wrote on Facebook.
