In the “Kombinati” settlement in Gori (Shida Kartli region), police detained two people. Footage shows a group of law enforcement officers allegedly using physical force against the detainees.
“Don’t beat me!” shouts the detainee.
According to media reports, Sergi Bzishvili, the head of the Shida Kartli Police Department, was also present in the so-called “Kombinati” settlement.
The reason for the detention of the two men remains unknown, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia has not yet commented on the situation.
