The Tbilisi Newcomers platform is launching in Georgia to discover new musical artists. They will have the opportunity to introduce their work to a wide audience. The project has officially announced the start of applications.
Tbilisi Newcomers has no genre restrictions—any emerging or established musical project (band, solo artist, electronic music project) can participate.
The competition consists of three main stages: applications (May 22 – June 7) – participants must submit 3 original works; the Showcase (June 13 – 14) – a private live audition in front of a jury; and the final concert, which will determine the winner of Tbilisi Newcomers 2026.
And on July 4, the winner will perform on the main stage of the 15th anniversary Tbilisi Open Air music festival.
