The Georgian Prime Minister’s report, to be presented by the end of June, focuses heavily on relations with Ukraine. It states that Georgia has consistently continued to provide Ukraine with political and diplomatic support, as well as humanitarian aid within its capabilities.

The document pays special attention to support for Ukraine, stating that as part of countering Russian aggression and supporting Ukraine in international organizations, Georgia has co-sponsored or supported around 850 resolutions, decisions, declarations, and recommendations, and has made more than 380 national statements.

“Within the OSCE, Georgia supported the activation of the ‘Moscow Mechanism’ against the Russian Federation. Georgia also became a signatory to the convention establishing the international claims commission for Ukraine.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs took part in the high-level meeting of the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children. The Georgian side participated in the Black Sea Security Conference, held under the auspices of the International Crimea Platform.

During the reporting period, Georgia continued to actively support Ukrainian citizens residing in the country through various social and educational programs.

In addition, taking into account Ukraine’s energy needs, the Government of Georgia ensured the supply of generators as humanitarian aid,” the report to parliament states.
