The European Union plans to hold a visa dialogue with Georgia next week, on June 11. This was reported on the social media platform X by Rikard Jozwiak, the head of the European bureau of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
“An important meeting where the possible suspension of the visa-free regime will be discussed,” Jozwiak wrote.
According to his information, the European Commission will present its annual report on visa policy in December, and in January, EU member states will have to make a corresponding decision.
