Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has processed 94% of the ballots. According to the results, the ruling Civil Contract party of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is in the lead with 50.07% (689,675 votes).
- “Strong Armenia” alliance — 23.35% (321,597 votes);
- “Armenia” alliance — 9.96% (135,808 votes);
- “Prosperous Armenia” party — 3.99% (54,900 votes);
- “Wings of Unity” party — 2.28% (31,465 votes).
Local media report that if no changes occur, three political forces will be represented in the new parliament — Civil Contract, the “Strong Armenia” alliance, and the “Armenia” alliance.
