FLYONE starts operating flights to Batumi as well

Moldovan airline FLYONE has launched a new direct flight to the Adjara Autonomous Republic — Chisinau-Batumi.

The first flight was operated on June 28. Flights will run twice a week — on Thursdays and Sundays.

“The new destination is ideal for those dreaming of a summer getaway, a seaside holiday, or experiencing the authentic culture of Georgia,” the company stated.

“We are delighted to open the Chisinau-Batumi route and provide our passengers with direct access to one of the most attractive tourist destinations. Georgia is becoming increasingly popular among travelers from the Republic of Moldova,” noted CEO Mircea Maleca.

It is worth noting that FLYONE’s schedule and destinations frequently change depending on the season (summer/winter navigation) and demand, so some flights may be temporary or charter.

The carrier also operates Chisinau-Tbilisi and Yerevan-Tbilisi flights.
