“In the near future, I will introduce a bill that will counter their (Georgian Dream’s) ‘woke’ censorship,” US Republican Congressman Joe Wilson wrote on social media:
“As expected, Georgian Dream is destroying freedom of speech under the pretext of fighting ‘hate speech’.
This ‘woke’ regime, which is pro-Russian, pro-Iranian, and pro-Chinese, hates America. In the near future, I will introduce a bill that will counter this ‘woke’ censorship!” Wilson wrote.
As a reminder, administrative arrests were recently handed down in Georgia against prominent journalists Nanuka Zhorzholiani and Vakho Sanaia.
