A meeting of the parliamentary majority of the Georgian Dream party has been scheduled for October 17 at 14:00. MP Levan Machavariani noted that the party’s honorary chairman, Bidzina Ivanishvili, will also take part in the meeting.
According to Machavariani, the meeting will address current developments in the country, including the issue surrounding the banning of opposition parties.
“We need to analyze overall developments taking place both domestically and abroad. A working meeting of this format is very useful, particularly with the honorary chairman in attendance. All pressing issues are to be reviewed, including the lawsuit regarding the ban on parties. As for any changes—there is nothing of the sort,” Machavariani told the TV Pirveli channel.
