Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze will take part in the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly. According to the government administration, he will deliver an address at the General Debate on September 24.
“As part of his visit to New York, the Prime Minister will also participate in the ‘Multilateral Partnership’ summit and a high-level panel discussion on peace issues organized by Finland. Bilateral meetings between Irakli Kobakhidze and several heads of state, as well as UN Secretary-General António Guterres, are also scheduled.
The Prime Minister of Georgia traveled to New York with a delegation that includes Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili and Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani,” the statement reads.
