According to the Public Safety Management Center (the 112 service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia), incoming calls are experiencing delays due to a technical glitch.
In a released statement, the agency provided alternative contact numbers that citizens can call if needed.

A technical team is working intensively to resolve the problem, and the malfunction will be rectified as soon as possible.
